Lip Eng Sesuai Jadi Commander Unit Amal Untuk Cari Jam Omega Anwar Yang Hilang


Lim Lip Eng (Ahli Parlimen DAP Segambut) membuat kenyataan yang boleh menjadi bahan lawak. Itu ayat yang diungkapkan oleh Lip Eng iaitu  "It;s very simple. Make one of DAP's leaders the commander of air force or navy then we will find MH370" pada 28 Mac 2014 (rujuk sini). 

Ayat yang langsung tidak bertanggungjawab dan terlalu sombong. Tidak sampai sehari kemudian ahli parlimen tersebut menyatakan kekesalan atas kenyataan lawaknya itu. 

Apakah begini kualiti ahli parlimen yang ada pada DAP? Hanya mahu menarik perhatian dengan kenyataan murahan semata mata? Menyesal tidak sudah pengundi pengundi di Segambut punyai wakil rakyat yang sebegini. 

Kalau hendak cari benda yang hilang, Lip Eng lebih sesuai dilantik menjadi commander untuk cari jam Omega Anwar yang sudah sekian lama hilang. Jawatan tersebut oleh diwujudkan oleh Unit Amal PAS untuk Lip Eng.

8 Bukti Untuk Sangkal Dakwaan Tun Musa Terhadap Tun Mahathir Dalam Isu Memali

Pada 27 Mac 2014, Tun Musa mendakwa Tun Mahathir berada di Kuala Lumpur ketika berlakunya peristiwa Memali dalam satu forum politik di Kota Bharu.

Apakah benar dakwaan Tun Musa Hitam tersebut? Mengapa sekarang dakwaan itu dibuat? Mengapa dakwaan itu dibuat sehari sebelum Anwar Ibrahim datang ke Kota Bharu untuk membuat jelajah Reformasi 2.0 dan berjumpa dengan Nik Aziz? 

Berikut adalah lapan bukti jelas di mana Tun Mahathir berada pada 20-28 November 1985.


Bukti Pertama : Kit Siang Tahu Mahathir Ke China


 
Ucapan Kit Siang pada 19 November 1985 

 “Tomorrow, the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamed, will be leading a 250-strong delegation to China, the third Malaysian Prime Minister to visit China after the establishment of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China 11 years ago.” kata Kit Siang, ketika itu menjadi Ahli Parlimen Bandar Melaka. Salah seorang delegasi ke China adalah Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.

Bukti Kedua : Akhbar Singapura Lapor Tun M Ke China.



Akhbar Singapura, Straits Times pada 20 November 1985 bertajuk "  “Mahathir to call on Zhao today”, referring to Zhao Ziyang, the Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China". Pada 24 November 1985, Straits Times memetik laporan Reuters bertajuk  “I accept China stand on CPM: Mahathir”.

Dalam artikel tersebut menyebut, Tun Mahathir hadir pada 20 November 1985 untuk lawatan 8 hari dengan delegasi sejumlah 130 orang ahli perniagaan dan 20 orang diplomat. Lawatan itu termasuklah ke Xian, Canton, Hanzhou dan Shanghai. Dalam mukasurat sama, Straits Time turut melaporkan kejadian yang berlaku di Baling, “Baling incident: Law is supreme, says Musa.”

Bukti Ketiga : Musa Hantar Mahathir Di Lapangan Terbang

Peristiwa Memali berlaku pada 19 November 1985, tuduhan Tun Musa bahawa Tun Mahathir berada di Malaysia dua tiga hari selepas kejadian Memali boleh disangkal. Malah Tun Musa sendiri yang menghantar Tun Mahathir ke lapangan terbang untuk berlepas ke China.

Ini membuktikan fakta bahawa Tun Mahathir memang berada di Cina pada 20 hingga 28 November 1985. 

Bukti Kelima : Tun Mahathir Periksa Perbarisan Di China

Gambar tersebut bertulis  “Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad memeriksa perbarisan setibanya di Peking untuk lawatan rasminya ke China.”. Gambar ini tidak bertarikh tetapi bertulis tahun sahaja iaitu 1985. 

Umum mengetahui bahawa Tun Mahathir hanya melawat China sekali sahaja pada 1985 dan ianya pada 20-28 November 1985.


Bukti Keenam : Arkib Ucapan Tun Mahathir


Tun Mahathir menyampaikan 8 ucapan di China. Menerusi arkib ucapan Tun Mahathir pada 1985, satu ucapan bertajuk “The Welcoming Banquet Hosted by H.E. Zhao Ziyang, Premier of the State Council of the People” pada 20 November 1985.

Kemudian pada 22 November 1985, Tun Mahathir memberikan satu lagi ucapan bertajuk   “The Return Banquet Hosted in Honour of H.E. Premier Zhao Ziyang”. Pada hari yang sama Tun Mahathir memberikan ucapan yang ketiga bertajuk  “Qing Hua University, Beijing, Regional Co-Operation: Challenges and Prospects”.

Lima lagi ucapan Tun Mahathir disampaikan antara tarikh 23 hinga 27 November 1985 di Hangzhou, Xian dan Guangzhou China. 



Bukti Ketujuh: Tulisan Akademik, Lawatan Mahathir Ke China

Dalam buku karya Joseph Chinyong Liow bertajuk "China and Southeast Asia" mukasurat 290, bertulis "Mahathir first visit to Beijing, in 1985, was also his only visit in the 1980s". Artikel ini mengesahkan lagi lawatan Tun Mahathir pada era 1980an hanyalah pada tahun 1985 sahaja.

Dalam buku tulisan Dr Pobzeb Vang bertajuk "Five Principles Of Chinese Foreign Policies" mukasurat 404 menyatakan "On November 20-28, 1985, Malaysian Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad visited China and he meet with Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyang and other Chinese government officials and leaders".

Sehingga jam 1.30 petang tadi, rata rata jentera PKR mulai mengakui kekalahan besar mereka di Balingian. Malah majoriti yang bakal diperolehi Yussibnosh dijangka lebih besar berbanding majoriti yang diperolehi Presiden PKR dalam PRK Kajang.

Malah calon PKR iaitu Jalil dilihat sudah mula berjalan sendirian melawati setiap petiundi di Balingian. Ternyata pemilihan bekas Pegawai Daerah Dalat, Yussibnosh Balo, 48, sebagai calon Pilihan Raya Kecil (PRK) Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Balingian pada 29 Mac depan adalah amat tepat sekali.

Nama panggilan Yus DO Dalat, bukanlah asing dikalangan penduduk di kawasan Mukah Dalat. Lebih-lebih lagi beliau juga adalah merupakan diantara calon yang disebut-sebut bakal menggantikan Dato' Sri Muhammad Leo Toyad sebagai Ahli Parlimen Mukah pada PRU ke-13 pada tahun lalu.

Tahniah kepada PBB dan BN Sarawak. Teruskan tradisi membangunkan rakyat Sarawak.

Gambar yang di bulatkan itu adalah wajah Penghulu Kampung dibawah Kerajaan DAP Pulau Pinang. Beliau merupakan penyokong tegar PKR.

Satu ketika bukan main gembira lagi mendapat gelanggang badminton dari DAP, sekarang kampungnya sendiri kena roboh.

Inilah permainan licik DAP, penggal pertama mereka mengumpan undi dan sokongan dengan memberi itu dan ini. Rupa rupanya bila undi yang mereka mahu sudah mereka dapat lebih teruk daripada itu pembalasan yang diterima pengundi.

Entah mengapa pengundi Melayu masih lagi khayal dengan "candu" yang DAP sedang berikan. DAP sebenarnya mahu tanah. Itulah aset paling berharga orang Melayu. Tapak tempat tinggal orang Melayu.

Jika tiada tanah, mana orang Melayu hendak pergi? Lihat model yang sama yang sudah abang kepada DAP lakukan di sebuah negara. Itu pun masih lagi tidak serik sokong DAP?

Bukti Tun Mahathir Berada Di China Ketika Memali

Benarkah dakwaan Tun Musa Hitam bahawa Tun Mahathir berada di Malaysia pada waktu tersebut? Mengikut fakta di atas, Tun Mahathir telah memberikan ucapan di Qing Hua Universiti Beijing pada 22 November 1985.

Malah dalam buku "Five Principle Of Chinese Policies" memang membuktikan Tun Mahathir berada di China pada 20-28 November 1985. Selain itu kertas putih tentang Memali dibentang dan ditandatangani oleh Tun Musa sendiri.

Sewaktu pembentangan di parlimen tiada langsung bantahan dari PAS. Apa motif sekarang baru Tun Musa hendak memberikan cerita baru tentang Memali? Bukti yang ada jelas menunjukkan di mana Tun Mahathir berada.

The planned area of search today was 16,298 square nautical miles in the West sector, and 6,506 square nautical miles in the East sector.

The area identified by the Malaysian Remote Sensing Agency (MRSA) yesterday – where the 122 potential objects were sighted – was also due to be searched today.

Today, nine planes travelled to the search area – five in the East sector and four in the West sector.

In the East sector, searches by air were conducted by:
two Australian civilian aircraft.
one Chinese Ilyushin IL-76.
one New Zealand civil aircraft.
one Japanese Gulfstream.

In the West sector, searches by air were conducted by:
two Australian P-3 Orions.
two Australian civil aircraft.

Today six ships were deployed in the search area – one in the East sector and five in the West sector.

In the East sector, searches by ship were conducted by:
one Chinese ship (the Xue Long).

In the West sector, searches by ship were conducted by:
four Chinese ships (the Kunlunshan, Haikou, Qiandaohui, and Zhonghaishaohua).
one Australian ship (the HMAS Success).

One Chinese ship (the Hai Xun) is expected to arrive in the search area tonight.

Today the weather deteriorated in the search area and search operations were suspended at 11:40am.

Malaysian team going to Perth

Malaysia is in the process of sending a team, comprised of the DCA, MAS, the Royal Malaysian Navy and the Royal Malaysian Air Force, to Perth. This team will work closely with the Australian Rescue Co-ordination Centre to assist with the search operation.

INFORMATION PROVIDED TO MH370 INVESTIGATION BY UK AIR ACCIDENTS INVESTIGATION BRANCH (AAIB)

On 13 March we received information from UK satellite company Inmarsat indicating that routine automatic communications between one of its satellites and the aircraft could be used to determine several possible flight paths.

Inmarsat UK has continued to refine this analysis and yesterday the AAIB presented its most recent findings, which indicate that the aircraft flew along the southern corridor.

As you have heard, an aircraft is able to communicate with ground stations via satellite.

If the ground station has not heard from an aircraft for an hour it will transmit a 'log on / log off' message, sometimes referred to as a ‘ping’, using the aircraft’s unique identifier. If the aircraft receives its unique identifier it returns a short message indicating that it is still logged on. This process has been described as a “handshake” and takes place automatically.

From the ground station log it was established that after ACARS stopped sending messages, 6 complete handshakes took place.

The position of the satellite is known, and the time that it takes the signal to be sent and received, via the satellite, to the ground station can be used to establish the range of the aircraft from the satellite. This information was used to generate arcs of possible positions from which the Northern and Southern corridors were established.

Refined analysis from Inmarsat
In recent days Inmarsat developed a second innovative technique which considers the velocity of the aircraft relative to the satellite. Depending on this relative movement, the frequency received and transmitted will differ from its normal value, in much the same way that the sound of a passing car changes as it approaches and passes by. This is called the Doppler effect. The Inmarsat technique analyses the difference between the frequency that the ground station expects to receive and that actually measured. This difference is the result of the Doppler effect and is known as the Burst Frequency Offset.

The Burst Frequency Offset changes depending on the location of the aircraft on an arc of possible positions, its direction of travel, and its speed. In order to establish confidence in its theory, Inmarsat checked its predictions using information obtained from six other B777 aircraft flying on the same day in various directions. There was good agreement.

While on the ground at Kuala Lumpur airport, and during the early stage of the flight, MH370 transmitted several messages. At this stage the location of the aircraft and the satellite were known, so it was possible to calculate system characteristics for the aircraft, satellite, and ground station.


During the flight the ground station logged the transmitted and received pulse frequencies at each handshake. Knowing the system characteristics and position of the satellite it was possible, considering aircraft performance, to determine where on each arc the calculated burst frequency offset fit best.

The analysis showed poor correlation with the Northern corridor, but good correlation with the Southern corridor, and depending on the ground speed of the aircraft it was then possible to estimate positions at 0011 UTC, at which the last complete handshake took place. I must emphasise that this is not the final position of the aircraft.

There is evidence of a partial handshake between the aircraft and ground station at 0019 UTC. At this time this transmission is not understood and is subject to further ongoing work.

No response was received from the aircraft at 0115 UTC, when the ground earth station sent the next log on / log off message. This indicates that the aircraft was no longer logged on to the network.

Therefore, some time between 0011 UTC and 0115 UTC the aircraft was no longer able to communicate with the ground station. This is consistent with the maximum endurance of the aircraft.

This analysis by Inmarsat forms the basis for further study to attempt to determine the final position of the aircraft. Accordingly, the Malaysian investigation has set up an international working group, comprising agencies with expertise in satellite communications and aircraft performance, to take this work forward.

The blue line is the burst frequency offset measured at the ground station for MH370.

The green line is the predicted burst frequency offset for the southern route, which over the last 6 handshakes show close correlation with the measured values for MH370.

The red line is the predicted burst frequency offset for the northern route, which over the last 6 handshakes does not correlate with the measured values for MH370.

This shows the southern tracks for a ground speed of 400 and 450 knots ground speed. It should be noted that further work is required to determine the aircraft speed and final position.

Anwar Ibrahim Tidak Hormati Sensitiviti Keluarga Mangsa #MH370 Di Balingian #PRKBalingian

 
Anwar Ibrahim menjadikan tragedi pesawat MH370 sebagai ruang untuk mempersenda Kerajaan Barisan Nasional dalam sesi ceramah di Boelevard Setia Raja, disini malam tadi.

Anwar menyifatkan pihak berkuasa yang menyiasat kehilangan pesawat MH370 sebagai kurang peka tentang teknologi dalam dunia penerbangan.

Beliau berkata, kehilangan pesawat MH370 adalah bukti jelas pimpinan Datuk Seri Najib tidak menjaga keselamatan negara dengan sebaiknya.

"Kalau pesawat terbang diruang udara pun tak dapat dikesan, bukankah itu menunjukkan kerajaan kita lemah dan keselamatan negara sedang terancam" ujarnya

Anwar seolah mempersenda tragedi pesawat MH370 sambil membayangkan bahawa beliau lebih peka tentang dunia penerbangan.

Namun, rata-rata penduduk disini tahu operasi mencari dan menyelamat MH370, bukan hanya melibatkan Malaysia sahaja, malah turut disertai 26 negara.

Selain itu,  Anwar cuba meraih simpati rakyat Mukah berhubung kes liwat yang membabitkan beliau.

Menurut Anwar, beliau sengaja diperangkap oleh Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib untuk memastikan beliau dipenjara.

Ternyata penduduk Mukah yang agak baru dengan gaya politik 'meraih simpati' telah menunjukkan reaksi kurang senang dengan ucapan Anwar.

Anwar hanya sempat berucap 15 minit dihadapan sekitar 50 orang penduduk, sebelum bergegas ke Sibu.

Difahamkan, beliau akan kembali ke Mukah pada 28 Mac untuk mengadakan ceramah perdana.

Introductory statement

As the search for MH370 continues, we remain focused on narrowing the search area.

With such strong co-operation from our international partners, the challenge is no longer diplomatic. It is now primarily technical and logistical.

Because the scale of the investigation is now much more complex, the release of technical and logistical information will be handled differently. As you have seen today, this means that Malaysia Airlines will take the lead in communicating with the families.

As the search area has narrowed, new challenges have arisen, including managing resources in a remote search and rescue effort. We continue to work closely with our friends and partners as we seek to marshal more specific resources in support of the operations in that area.

Last night the Prime Minister announced that according to new analysis of satellite data, Inmarsat and UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) have concluded that flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean.

Today I will provide further details of how the data was analysed, as provided to us the UK AAIB.

This information is quite technical in nature. So although I will give you as much information as I can, I will not be in a position to answer questions about this data analysis today.

However, we will accept written questions which will be answered as soon as possible. We will be providing this information as a press release at the end of this press conference. This is the information provided to us by the AAIB.

Further details
In recent days Inmarsat developed a second innovative technique which considers the velocity of the aircraft relative to the satellite. Depending on this relative movement, the frequency received and transmitted will differ from its normal value, in much the same way that the sound of a passing car changes as it approaches and passes by. This is called the Doppler effect.

The Inmarsat technique analyses the difference between the frequency that the ground station expects to receive and one that is actually measured. This difference is the result of the Doppler effect and is known as the Burst Frequency Offset.

The Burst Frequency Offset changes depending on the location of the aircraft on an arc of possible positions, its direction of travel, and its speed. In order to establish confidence in its theory, Inmarsat checked its predictions using information obtained from six other B777 aircraft flying on the same day in various directions. There was good agreement.

While on the ground at Kuala Lumpur airport, and during the early stage of the flight, MH370 transmitted several messages. At this stage the location of the aircraft and the satellite were known, so it was possible to calculate system characteristics for the aircraft, satellite, and ground station.

During the flight the ground station logged the transmitted and received pulse frequencies at each handshake. Knowing the system characteristics and position of the satellite it was possible, considering aircraft performance, to determine where on each arc the calculated burst frequency offset fit best.

The analysis showed poor correlation with the Northern corridor, but good correlation with the Southern corridor, and depending on the ground speed of the aircraft it was then possible to estimate positions at 0011 UTC, at which the last complete handshake took place. I must emphasise that this is not the final position of the aircraft.

There is evidence of a partial handshake between the aircraft and ground station at 0019 UTC. At this time this transmission is not understood and is subject to further ongoing work.

No response was received from the aircraft at 0115 UTC, when the ground earth station sent the next log on / log off message. This indicates that the aircraft was no longer logged on to the network.

This analysis by Inmarsat forms the basis for further study to attempt to determine the final position of the aircraft. Accordingly, the Malaysian investigation has set up an international working group, comprising agencies with expertise in satellite communications and aircraft performance, to take this work forward.

Technical background
The new analysis I have described above was convincing enough for the AAIB to brief the Prime Minister that MH370 flew along the southern corridor, and that its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth. Within a few hours, the families had been informed, and the Prime Minister announced the new development to the world.

As the Prime Minister stated, this type of analysis has never been done in an investigation of this sort.

There remains more work to be done, and we are grateful to Inmarsat, AAIB and the international investigations team, who are continuing to work with the Malaysian authorities. This is a developing situation, and as soon as we know more, we will share it.

Operational update
As a result of this new data analysis, the search and rescue operation in the northern corridor has been called off. We have also stopped the search and rescue operation in the northern part of the southern corridor, close to Indonesia.

All search efforts are now focused in the southern part of the southern corridor, in an area covering some 469,407 square nautical miles, as against the 2.24 million square nautical miles which we announced on 18th March.

We are currently working to further narrow down the search area, using the four methods I mentioned previously: gathering information from satellite surveillance, analysis of surveillance radar data, increasing air and surface assets, and increasing the number of technical and subject matter experts.

On the assets deployed, 2 Korean aircraft left Subang airport for Perth this morning, to help in the multinational search operation.

No flights from Perth to the search area took place today, due to bad weather.

6 Chinese ships are currently in the search area. They are expected to arrive within the vicinity of MH370’s last known position by tomorrow morning. These ships include the ice breaker ‘Xue Long’.

HMAS Success is also currently in the search area.

The American Towed Pinger Locater – an instrument that can help find a black box - is currently en route to Perth and will arrive tomorrow. The system will be fitted onto the Australian ship Ocean Shield, which is due to dock in Perth on 28th March. The Ocean Shield, fitted with the Towed Pinger Locater, is due to arrive in the search area on 5 April.

Concluding remarks
The new analysis shared with the investigation by Inmarsat and the AAIB has focused our efforts on the southern part of the southern corridor.

Although yesterday’s news was incredibly hard for the family members, as our Prime Minister said, it was released out of a commitment to openness and respect for the relatives, two principles which have guided the investigation.

PM STATEMENT ON MH370 – 24/03/14

This evening I was briefed by representatives from the UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB). They informed me that Inmarsat, the UK company that provided the satellite data which indicated the northern and southern corridors, has been performing further calculations on the data. Using a type of analysis never before used in an investigation of this sort, they have been able to shed more light on MH370’s flight path.

Based on their new analysis, Inmarsat and the AAIB have concluded that MH370 flew along the southern corridor, and that its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth.

This is a remote location, far from any possible landing sites. It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that, according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean.

We will be holding a press conference tomorrow with further details. In the meantime, we wanted to inform you of this new development at the earliest opportunity. We share this information out of a commitment to openness and respect for the families, two principles which have guided this investigation.

Malaysia Airlines have already spoken to the families of the passengers and crew to inform them of this development. For them, the past few weeks have been heartbreaking; I know this news must be harder still. I urge the media to respect their privacy, and to allow them the space they need at this difficult time.
